Refund policy
At Ella Creations Jewelry, most of the jewelry pieces are made to order, meaning it is customized specifically for you. Due to this, returns are limited and vary by product. kindly review the specific return information provided for each product before making your purchase.
General Return Guidelines:

BESPOKE JEWELRY and RINGS: Custom jewelry and rings are made to a specific customer’s request, size and style. The sale on these items is final. However in exceptional circumstances where there is a mistake in your order or the item is faulty, I will arrange for fixing the item to ensure it is corrected as per your order or repaired if needed.

- NECKLACES, BRACELETS and EARRINGS: are generally returnable, unless otherwise stated. Please check the specific return information provided for each product before making your purchase.
- UNIQUELY MODIFIED JEWELRY: Uniquely modified jewelry includes engravings, resizing of an existing one-of-a-kind piece or any special requests (custom length etc) is a final purchase, and cannot be returned.
Returns for qualifying jewelry should be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any item returned to Ella Creations Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for packaging the item safely so it does not get damaged in transit. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so I we can evaluate the issue and amend it.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
The following fees are deducted from your refund payment:
- Shipping fees
- Restocking fees: 3%-6% of your total payment amount (depending on your payment method, these are fees deducted by shopify payments and are none refundable to my store).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Notice
If you would to purchase an item eligible for returns, but would like to avoid the restocking fees, I do accept payments through Zelle, in this case, once you return your item, as per terms and conditions, I will completely refund your payment through the same payment method.
