SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for considering Ella Creations Jewelry products. Please review my Shipping and Delivery Policy before placing your order.
Processing Time: most of my items are made to order and require 2-3 weeks for production in addition to the delivery time. if you have an urgency to receive your order before that please contact: hello@ellacreationsjewellery.com to know the exact lead time or to expedite your order, if possible. In addition I will inform you in case of any unforeseen delays.
If an Item is available in stock, it will be mentioned in the product description, and it will be processed within 3 business days.
USA Shipping:
Orders in US are shipped through tracked USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Shipping is free on all orders over $300 and require a signature upon delivery.
Orders in CANADA
Orders in Canada are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically take up to 7-14 business days to arrive at the destination address. Orders above 1000 CAD are shipped for free. Please note that shipping time may vary depending on the exact destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays. You maybe requested to pay sales tax as per your State taxation law at checkout. These fees are the buyer responsibility.
International Shipping:
Shipping worldwide is done using USPS, UPS or FedEx International, depending on the order value. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import customs duties, VAT and other fees, these are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot be held responsible for any extra charges.
Shipping Restrictions:
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. You need to provide your email address and phone number at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
Delayed Orders: If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date.
